Essentially, it’s a soda (coke, 7up, or other) with a healthy dollop of vanilla ice cream on top. It fizzes, then makes extra froth and fizzy ice cream. More refreshing than a milkshake, I think
Never had a milkshake either!
It tastes great but I try to stay away from these addictive mixes as the calories pile up pretty quickly and the extra pounds end up in all the wrong places
