As noted in my previous post, religious antagonism is not the Tunisian way.

Which is why I silently whooped when a friend posted the following image on Facebook:

Protesters at a pro-secularism rally in Tunis hold placards bearing slogans such as the above, ‘the stigmatization of atheism is contaminating secularism.’

Don’t let the few spoil Tunisia: it is a land of enlightened, brave individuals – let’s keep it that way.
