As the day progresses the deluge of excellent posts on Jordan is inevitably going to increase, but I am going to hedge my bets with the following by Naseem at The Black Iris.

March 12: The World Day Against Cyber Censorship & Jordan celebrates not only Jordan’s abscence from the Reporters Without Borders roll of shame, Internet Enemies, but also triumphs the need for Jordanians to capitalize upon their status.

The Kingdom is moving into a new era of free speech online, a prospect that presents innumerable opportunities to vocalize views and concerns on social, political, and economic issues.

The question is, how far will it be used and for how long?
