Phosphorous is a very effective weapon. No nation should allow its military to be controlled or limited in any way by an outside power. (Don’t even try to say “so we should use N/C/B weapons? No, that’s just common sense.) GAZA started this. The people of Gaza elected Hamas. The people of Gaza allowed and encouraged them to attack Israel. Now the people of Gaza can deal with the consequences.
