As the war continues, so too does the activism:
Daily Protests at Israeli Embassy
There are protests at the Israeli Embassy, Kensington High Street, London W8, from Monday 5 January to Friday 9 January, 5.30pm – 7.00pm. Nearest tube High Street Kensington.
London Rally with Tony Benn and Tariq Ali
Rally: Stop the Gaza Massacre
Thursday 8 January, 7:30 p.m. at the Friends Meeting House, Euston Road, London, NW1 2BJ. A map is available here. The nearest tube station is Euston, and the event is organised by the Stop the War Coalition and the Palestine Solidarity Campaign.
And for a more hands-on approach to activism:
Stewards Urgently Needed for Saturday
The national emergency demonstration on Saturday 10 January is likely to be even bigger than last week’s London event and we therefore need more volunteers to help steward the march and demonstration. If you would like to help, call or text Shirley on 07958 745802 or call the national office on
020 7278 6694.
There will be a Stewards’ Planning Meeting prior to the London Rally at 6pm in Friends Meeting House (See above for rally details).
Would you please let me know of any demo’s on the Gaza war. I live in the north east of England.
Thanking you in anticipation, E.M.
